Step Forward for a Powerful Learning Community

Step Forward for a Powerful Learning Community

The adjusted Pandemic Protocols that we shared with the community last week are a step forward. It was announced that parents are permitted to enter campus commencing this week and visits to Branksome Hall Asia by staff and students of other GEC schools will begin next week in order to facilitate inter-school sports programs.  I’m sure our girls will enjoy returning to the camaraderie and competition that are a normal part of our sports programs. Indeed, we want to celebrate our return to new-normal practices while remaining vigilant in the hope that the situation will steadily improve.  We are a powerful learning community!

Please note that visits from the mainland remain restricted, and we closely monitor the movements of any faculty who travel outside of Jeju island.  We also encourage everyone not to travel at this time and ensure that all the day to day COVID-19 measures are in place.

As we  approach the end of the first quarter of the academic year, we appreciate that each division of the school is busy with all aspects of the learning of their students.  Students are especially enjoying active learning involving our Library, IDU projects and CASE activities. It is wonderful to see our students flourish each day.  We are proud of their achievements and we continue to share our students' exciting and proud learning moments together.
