Opening of the New Lower Junior School

We are delighted to announce the opening of the new Lower Junior School building and playspace at Branksome Hall Asia. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide an exceptional learning environment for our youngest students.

 

The Lower Junior School building boasts 18 homeroom classrooms, ranging from JK Prep to Grade 2, as well as specialist classrooms for music, design, and art. In addition, there are dedicated learning spaces for Chinese and Korean language instruction, small group support, and even a student kitchen.

 

But that's not all! Our new playground features an impressive array of play structures and activities, including swings, challenge courses, a central play castle, outdoor musical instruments, sand pits, and even a water fountain. There is also a tricycle race track and an outdoor classroom with a fire pit for campfire stories and marshmallow roasting.

 

We invite families to visit and explore this wonderful new play facility after school hours. We are confident that your children will be thrilled with the new playground and will thrive in the inspiring learning environment of the Lower Junior School building.

 

The new school will officially open on Tuesday, April 25th, the second day back from the April Break. Please be reminded that on this date, Branksome Hall Asia’s new Gate 4 will be open for those families who walk onto campus and that Gate 3 will be open for those who choose to drive. We ask that all Junior School families review the New LJS Pick-Up and Drop Off Guidelines that were shared with the school community prior to the opening day of the new LJS facility.
