Empty Bowls at Branksome Hall Asia: “Kids Feeding Kids”

Empty Bowls is a grassroots initiative that addresses hunger in local communities. Students around the world make home-made bowls that are filled with soup and sold at community dinners. Proceeds are donated to a local charity to support food banks and initiatives in the local community. In short, Empty Bowls is about kids feeding kids. The bowls they craft make a difference.

This year we are holding our 4th Empty Bowls Dinner Night on October 4, 5:30 p.m. Please join us for an evening of art and food donated by parents and our local community.  All the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Jeju Branch of Good Neighbors, a charity that supports local children. These funds will be used to provide lunch meals to school children during the weekends and school holidays when public school lunches are not available.
