Chuseok Greetings!

Chuseok Greetings!

By Dr. Cinde Lock
Principal

The beginning of our first semester is moving ahead at a quick pace!  Already, the Thanksgiving holiday is approaching. It is a time to appreciate everyone for their hard work and dedication.

Within any learning community, the first weeks have a profound effect on the rest of the year - this time sets the tone. I am truly grateful to the students who are settling into their learning, for the parents who have supported us, and to our teachers and staff who have facilitated it all.

I am also very appreciative of the efforts made by everyone to keep our community safe during this time of COVID.  Your diligence and cooperation have allowed us to maintain on-campus learning.

It has been a joy to witness collaborative, exploratory learning on campus over the past five weeks. Please continue to be vigilant especially over this Chuseok break, so that we can do our part to help on-campus learning continue.

I am sure this year’s Chuseok Break will be unique due to Covid-19 restrictions. Although our ways of celebrating with families, friends, and other loved ones have been altered, I hope that we can all show our gratitude and feel the love and support of our families and friends.

Happy Chuseok, everyone.
