A well-balanced CASE program continues to challenge and reward our learners, extending their natural curiosity as they enter unfamiliar situations with courage and inquiry
Last week saw a busy start to CASE in the Junior School. I visited a few of the fantastic clubs on offer and witnessed students being risk-takers with their friends and teachers.
CASE provides a wide range of opportunities that are significant in making every student's experience at Branksome Hall Asia a meaningful one.
Our students choose from activities that are represented across the four strands of Creativity, Activity, Service, and Enrichment. Students develop new skills and learn more about themselves and the ways they can positively contribute to the world. The programs available in this block provide excellent opportunities for students to develop their passions, from Spanish to Yoga or Inline Skating and Orchestra. These classes occur in our state-of-the-art facilities that include the Black Box Theatre, TV and audio recording studio, dance studio, golf driving range and putting green, our soccer pitches, and 50m Olympic swimming pool!
Below are listed some of the 80+ programs offered in the first block of Junior School CASE for term 1.
Creativity - Korean Calligraphy, Bracelet Makers, Visual Arts, Orchestra, Drawing for Beginners, Dear Diary, Dreams Mural, Show & Tell etc.
Activity – Badminton, Basketball, Football, Golf, Gymnastics, Swim Academy, Muay Thai, Netball, Yoga, K-Pop Dance, Inline Skating, Cycling Club etc.
Service (every Friday) – Caring Cards, Gardening Club, Korean Culture Share, Penpal World, Reading Outreach, Explorers for the Global Goals, Let's Recycle, Paws4Thought, Woodshop, Culture Club, Pay it Forward
Enrichment – French, Spanish, Nature Art, Team Building, Fun Math, Lego Club, Oceans & Animals, Chess, Storymakers, English Club, Learner Profile Media Maker, Astronomy Club, Minecraft,
