2020 DP Grade Review

It is with great pleasure that we can report the Branksome Hall Asia school average for the May 2020 cohort has gone up significantly. The IBO announced earlier this week that they had revised the way grades would be awarded after the May 2020 examination session had had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This revision resulted in many of our students seeing an increase in their grades.

As a result, our average has gone up to 36.4 points. This is our school’s highest average grade ever!

This is a remarkable achievement, particularly when you consider what a disrupted year the May 2020 students and teachers had. When combined with the fact that 100% of the students enrolled for the full Diploma were successful and, furthermore, 100% were awarded a Bi-lingual Diploma, the whole school community has cause for celebration on this outstanding achievement.
