Raj Chandaria

Board Chair Raj Chandaria has has served as a member of Branksome Hall's Board of Governors over decade, most recently as Chair and previously serving on the Strategic Planning, Audit and Property Committees. Since 2009, Raj has been the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Aegis Logistics Ltd., an oil, gas and chemical logistics company operating in India. Raj has extensive international business experience in start-ups, turnarounds and private equity companies in South East Asia, Africa, U.K., US and Canada. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics. Raj is the father of a recent Branksome Hall graduate.

Wendy Cecil

Past parent and former Chair of the Branksome Hall Board of Governors in Canada, Wendy Cecil is currently the President of Brookmoor Enterprises, as well as the Chancellor of Victoria University in the University of Toronto, Chair of the Governors’ Council of St. Michael’s Hospital, and an Associate Senior Fellow of Massey College. In 2005, to honour her retirement as Chair of the Branksome Hall Canada Board, the Wendy M. Cecil Endowed Fund for Athletics was established to provide ongoing funding to enhance athletic programs and facilities at Branksome Hall Canada. Ms Cecil also holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Honorary Doctor of Laws (LDD) from the University of Toronto. She resides in Toronto, Canada.

Monica Chang

Monica Chang is the parent of a current Branksome Hall Canada student and member of the Branksome Hall Canada Parents’ Association. She is also the CEO of Tara Good Gifts, which creates corporate gifts that are environmentally and socially conscious. Ms Chang has also given much time to charity, having worked as a committee member for the KINSA Spring for Kids Gala, the Eat to the Beat Auction, and the Access Community Capital Fund. Ms Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy from Western University and studied at the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD) and Ryerson University. Ms Chang resides in Toronto, Canada.

Sonia CHAN Lee ’87

Branksome alumna Sonia CHAN Lee ’87 has practised finance and corporate law in New York City, San Francisco and Tokyo. She is the Chair of the Board of Generations Christian Education, which operates two kindergartens and two primary schools in Hong Kong. She also sits on the board of The Child Development Centre at Hong Kong’s Matilda Hospital, which provides intervention services to children with individual educational needs. While still practising law part-time, Ms Lee is also is the Co-Chair of the Branksome Hall Alumnae Hong Kong Chapter. Ms Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center. Ms Lee resides in Hong Kong.

Jongkwan (Josh) Peck

An attorney and partner at the Corporate Group of Lee & Ko in Seoul, South Korea, Josh Peck specializes in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and international arbitration. Fluent in English and Korean, Mr. Peck holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center. He was admitted to the bar in New York State in 1990, and has practised in Korea throughout his career. He has also contributed his expertise to a number of published international legal guides. Mr. Peck is also the parent of a Branksome Hall Canada student. He resides in Seoul, South Korea.

Sandra Roberts (Ahn)

Sandra Roberts (Ahn) is a parent of a student in Branksome Hall Canada. With over 20 years of experience, she is a partner at PwC Canada LLP, leading the Public Sector practice for the Risk Assurance Services in Toronto. As an experienced professional with a diverse background, she understands organizations with a complex stakeholder structure and mix, and is able to remain sensitive to organizational design and behaviors and has assisted organizations in making improvement in governance, risk-based management practices and operations. She is a past member of the Board of Governors at Ontario College of Arts and Design (OCAD) Toronto, and currently serves as a Board member at the Food Banks Canada and Children's Aid Foundation.

Jean Cloutier

Jean Cloutier joined Fairfax in 1999 as Vice President and Chief Actuary, becoming Vice President, International Operations in 2009. From 1990-1999, he was Vice President Actuarial Services of Lombard Canada Limited, a Canadian property and casualty insurance company. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Cloutier was an actuarial analyst at Hailfax insurance and from 1986 to 1987 he was an actuarial assistant at Dominion of Canada Insurance Company. Mr. Cloutier received his bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences from Laval University. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Kenneth McLeod

Kenneth McLeod is President of Scholar’s Choice International Education, an English academy and youth development training center. He has diverse experiences in the Canadian education sector as a research consultant with Academica Group serving the government, universities and colleges, and the public school sectors. He currently serves as Director of Language Friends volunteer organization, as a member of the Jeju Foreign Advisory Committee, as a local Warden to the Canadian Embassy, and leads a Cambodian charity education project. Kenneth is committed to help learners lead a fulfilling life with education excellence as the key to success.
