Child Protection
To ensure a secure learning environment for all, Branksome Hall Asia recruiters conduct extensive reference and background checks on potential employees before offering a position. Candidates must provide at least three references, with a minimum of two from former or current supervisors.
All school personnel must present clear background and criminal checks. New employees must provide a recent background check from both their home country and current location.
All Branksome Hall Asia personnel are required to complete child protection awareness training, including periodic updates and information sessions. Additionally, every employee must sign the Branksome Hall Asia Code of Conduct, outlining the standards and expectations of the school’s Child Protection Policy and procedures for reporting and handling suspected abuse.
